A renewal system should be simple enough for the front desk to follow every day, even during peak evening hours.
1. Split renewals by urgency
Keep three lists: expiring in 3 days, expiring today, and expired but still active in conversations. This prevents reception teams from treating every pending renewal with the same urgency.
2. Send the payment link before making calls
Most members do not need a long call. Send a WhatsApp reminder with the exact amount and UPI link first. Calls should be reserved for high-value plans, annual plans, or members who have not responded after a reminder.
3. Escalate only the useful cases
